Nabil Jean Sab
Board member, Chairman (RBFG)

After obtaining a university degree in economics and studying financial analysis and asset management, Nabil Jean Sab began his professional career in audit services and mergers and acquisitions at Atag Ernst & Young, Geneva.

Later, he held the position of Manager at AAM Privatbank (formerly a member of the Ernst & Young Group, Switzerland) for fifteen years.

In 2010, he founded a securities trading company and simultaneously also held the office of director in various financial and banking institutions in the Geneva financial centre.

Dr. Gabriele Hofmann-Schmid
Board member, Chairwoman (RBAG)

As Corporate Secretary, Chief Legal Officer and Member of the executive committee for more than 15 years in several large international listed companies, Dr. Gabriele Hofmann-Schmid has a wide understanding of the expectations and requirements of corporate clients.

She is member of the Board of Directors of Compagnie Privée de Conseils et d'Investissements SA since 2011 and became board member at Russell Bedford Fiduciaire Genève SA in 2021.

Frédéric Pryszlak
Board member, Managing Director (RBFG)

With over thirty years' experience in banking and trust companies, Frédéric Pryszlak is a recognized expert in his field, complying with expectations of selective local and international customers, in particular, self-employed professionals, small and medium-sized enterprises and private clients. As former top-level sportsman, he shares the fundamental values of sport, such as discipline, respect, a sense of effort, perseverance and strategic vision, into his professional approach, to reach excellence and sustainable success.

Since 2023, he is Board member and CEO at Russell Bedford Fiduciaire Genève SA. In his position, he does everything possible to strengthen the brand’s awareness and to grow the company.

Christopher Cuche
Board member, Managing Director (RBAG)

Christopher Cuche holds a chartered accountant's diploma, is a certified auditor (ASR) and a member of Geneva EXPERTsuisse. He has over 15 years of experience in fiduciary and auditing fields. Before joining Russell Bedford Audit Genève SA, he worked for several big four firms (PwC, Deloitte and EY) as well as for a major French bank as head of legal and prudential reporting. Proficient in prudential and MLA audits of financial intermediaries, he is also very active with local and international companies.

He joined Russell Bedford Audit Genève SA in 2023 as Board member and CEO. He is fluent in French and English.

Michael Lehmann
Board member (RBAG)

Michaël Lehmann holds a Master's degree in economics and is a qualified chartered accountant. He owns MLA and LEFIN/LSFIN auditor accreditations and has been working for almost 20 years with public sector entities as an advisor for statutory audits or board member.

Michael Lehmann speaks English and French fluently.

He is Board member of Russell Bedford Fiduciaire Genève SA since 2022.

Gregor Wrzosowski
Board member (RBAG)

A qualified chartered accountant and certified auditor, Gregor Wrzosowski worked in a big four and in local audit firms. Proficient in prudential audit of financial intermediaries, he created in 2016 an audit company dedicated to this activity.

He has more than 30 years' experience in business consulting, various audit and insurance activities. Gregor Wrzosowski speaks Polish, French and English fluently.

He became Board member of Russell Bedford Audit Genève SA in 2023.

Louis Tari
Board member (RBFG)

Louis holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina - UNC Chapel-Hill and a BA (Hons) from European Business School London and Germany. Louis speaks six languages, including French, English, German, Mandarin, Spanish and Hindi.

After 5 years within the tax department of the law firm ATH Law & Tax in Geneva, Louis decided to develop and focus his expertise in the field of Swiss and international tax law and wealth planning. His previous experience in investment banking focusing on M&A is an additional skill.

He became Board member of Russell Bedford Fiduciaire Genève SA in 2024.
